Eddie Cibrian's Ex Claims He's Stiffing Her Out of Spousal Support

Eddie Cibrian's estranged wife Brandi Glanville wants him to pay her spousal support.
TMZ.com reports that she has filed documents in L.A. County Superior Court claiming that the CSI star, 36, earns $60,000 a week but is only paying for her for "household bills."

Glanville, 36 - mother to Cibrian's sons, Mason, 6, and Jake, 2 - is asking for $39,963 a month in spousal support so she can pay for the kids' schooling and medical bills, among other expenses.
In August, Glanville filed for divorce after eight years, citing irreconcilable differences.

She told Us Weekly she was tired of Cibrian's infidelity. As Us Weekly first reported, he had an affair with now-single LeAnn Rimes while shooting Lifetime original movie Northern Lights, which they filmed last fall.

He recently announced that he plans to sue Life & Style for claiming that he cheated on Rimes, 27. He said the tabloid published a story "filled with inaccuracies and deceitful lies, presumably to titillate sales, but clearly resulting in harm to Eddie Cibrian and others."

Sorry when you commit adultery you pay......as it should be for the children you bore and the wife/mother who is raising them not like him hopping from bed to bed.........I hope she get's 50,000 grand and full custody with only visitation no overnights his life style is not for children to witness.
NO ONE needs almost $40K a month to survive. Most of us make little more than that a YEAR.
Does Eddie Cibrian sees what is being said about him? I hope so. He is a low life with decency at all. What kind of man that will not give his wife and children financial support? Brandi needs to get a JOB! Women get left by their husbands everyday and they pull themselves up by their boot straps and take care of their kids.

@ Mandy Agree...also those court doc's state it pretty clearly. Also on those court doc's there's a little box that explains any falsifying is subject to perjury charges. I don't think Brandi's lying. RE: Eddie people can do the homework on that one it's an open book test.
Brandi must get everthing she can right now because she and the boys will rarely see Eddie yearsfrom now. If the children ever meet Rimes they will develope the point of view that woman are nuts and to be used for men's pleasure. If Eddie marries Rimes, those boys will witness another divorce within a few years. Rimes wants to spoil Brandi's kids so they will "love" her and she thinks that will draw Eddie closer. Brandi will then have to cope with undoing what Rimes does, and that is use children for her own purposes. Personally, I think Eddie is terrified of the divorce because he will be pressured to finally purchase the cow he has been milking for free and of coarse Scheana might get annoyed if Eddie marries Rimes.
No one is painting Eddie as the victim, but for her to pretend that he's not providing the necessities, is just ridiculous. She can't buy food at the supermarket...sorry, not buying it.
So when all else fails depict Brandi as the villian because he has the audacity to ask Eddie to do fulfill his financial duties? Eddie was stupid enough to hire lawyers to sue a tabloids during his divorce proceedings, so don't blame Brandi because she asks for more support from Eddie.
Why is someone always trying to make out like Eddie is the victim? Eddie isn't getting screwed out of his money. He showed that he has plenty of money when he decided to hire those lawyers and supposedly paid for the trip to Mexico and a diamond bracelet. Why should Eddie see his kids, he has shown that they are of little importance to him. So you think that people should give Eddie a free pass because Brandi said all is well on her twitter page? The court documents don't lie. Eddie is not doing his fair share. For all we know she could just be responding to Eddie's comment where he says that he is taking care of them.
What I don't understand (and I'm not referring to cases like this one where someone cheats) is why men who divorce gets screwed on their children (yes, THEIR children since they contributed half of the biological goods) AND their money. Great deal for them- they don't get to see their children AND they go broke. NICE! I know so many men who only get to see their children every other weekend, pay SO UP THE BUTT for child support that they can't even get a decent place of their own while the mother gets the kids, the money, the welfare etc.... why, why, why.... WHY?
IF HE MAKES $60,000 A WEEK WHAT IS WRONG WITH AT LEAST $30,000 A MONTH? I FEEL SORRY FOR THE KIDS, ALSO HIS WIFE IS PRETTY, I AM SURE SHE CAN FIND A WONDERFUL GUY.

Why do women hate on what another woman asks for or gets in her divorce settlement? Just because you work or didn't get support from your ex doesn't mean you should tear down another woman who does. He was HER HUSBAND and she can ASK for what she pleases as HIS WIFE. He broke THEIR vows and cheated on her w/ a woman who obviously didn't care that she was involved in breaking-up a family. Hate on Eddie and Leann's cheating, lying and lack of morals rather than knocking a woman for trying to hold onto any remnant of her former life.
When did facials and eating out become a necessity, and Pilates. Brandi, a word of advice, there's an exercise catalog I can send you (can't think of the name), that has DVDs with great trainers teaching Pilates. Women like Brandi make you really respect women who work and take care of their kids, and with less.
Hmmm, she's more worried about spousal support then child support. I'm glad I can take care of myself and my family without a man.
