The Giudices are sticking together. Days after Teresa Giudice and her husband Joe Giudice, stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, were charged on July 29 in a 39-count indictment with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statement on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud, the parents of four are making the most of family time.

Posting pictures via Instagram on Saturday, Aug. 3, the cookbook author shared photos of their daughters, Gia, 13, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 7, and Audriana, 3, enjoying time with their 12-year-old cousin Miranda at her backyard birthday party.

In one snapshot, the couple are all smiles next to daughter Audriana. Teresa, wearing sunglasses and a hat, poses alongside her husband, clad in a black T-shirt.

In another photo, Joe, 43, snuggles close to Audriana. “Audriana loving Daddy,” Teresa, 41, captioned the pic.

The day of fun was a far cry from their July 30 court appearance, where Joe lashed out at a photographer while making his way into the United States District Court in Newark, New Jersey with Teresa. Inside the courtroom, a source told Us Weekly the couple was “very solemn” and “very professional.”

“Today is a most difficult day for our family. I support Joe and, as a wonderful husband and father, I know he wants only the best for our lovely daughters and me,” Teresa said in a statement to Us on July 29. “I am committed to my family and intend to maintain our lives in the best way possible, which includes continuing my career.”

She added, “I am hopeful that we will resolve this matter with the government as quickly as possible.”

If convicted, the reality stars face more than 50 years in court. Their next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 14, coincidentally when Teresa is due to have another Fabulicious On the Grill book signing in Wayne, N.J. later that day.
