Pick a side, any side! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West earned a new fan base after the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star put Taylor Swift on blast on Sunday, July 17. But not everyone is rushing to join in on the #KimExposedTaylorParty. Swift’s famous pals, such as Selena Gomez and Blake Lively, plus her new beau, Tom Hiddleston, have her back.
See below to find out which celebs are on what team.
Kardashian’s sisters are obviously on her side. The social media maven’s younger sister Khloe Kardashian was quick to defend Kim on Twitter, even throwing Kim’s 19-year-old nemesis Chloe Grace Moretz under the bus after the Neighbors 2 actress took to Twitter amid the drama. "Is this the a hole you're referring to @ChloeGMoretz ???" Khloe tweeted, along with a NSFW snap of a woman’s butt exposed in a swimsuit.
Swift’s frenemy Demi Lovato, Pharrell Williams and Zendaya also took sides with Kimye. All three liked tweets in support of the power couple.
"My girl zendaya knew better," read one tweet that Zendaya liked. a”mother said: I’m glad zendaya was never really down with that whole Taylor squad s—t.” Lovato similarly liked a tweet that read “I LOVE KIM KARDASHIAN.”
Swift’s “Bad Blood” frenemy Katy Perry hinted more subtly at their feud, tweeting “#RISE above it all” along with a link to her new single “Rise.”
Piers Morgan also sided with Team Kimye. “I wanted to believe in you, Taylor,” Morgan said during an appearance on Good Morning Britain. He also tweeted a picture of him and Kimye with the caption: “'So, the thing is @KimKardashian @kanyewest, I believed @taylorswift13.....and now I feel a bit foolish. Sorry.”
The “Wildest Dreams” singer’s squad has her back. Selena Gomez was first to sound off on the drama.
“There are more important things to talk about...Why can't people use their voice for something that f--king matters? Truth is last thing we need right now is hate, in any form. This industry is so disappointing yet the most influential smh,” the “Kill Em With Kindness” singer tweeted. (“#SelenaGomezIsOverParty” and “#GoToSleepSelena” later started trending in favor of Kimye.)
Model Martha Hunt also supported her pal, tweeting a similar call for peace. “It's pathetic how quick our culture is to sensationalize a fabricated story..Take interest in the real problems going on. Spread love. ❤️,” the Victoria’s Secret stunner tweeted Sunday night.
Swift’s newfound friends Blake Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, also showed their support. Both liked her statement on Instagram, in which Swift claimed that she was unaware of the lyric “that bitch” and said being called a liar by Kimye was “character assassination."
