The Hef's son could be headed for the slammer.

Marston Hefner, the 21-year-old son of Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, was charged with one count of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant as well as one count of vandalism, TMZ reports.

Now facing over a year in jail, Marston was arrested in mid-February for allegedly attacking his girlfriend, 2011 Playmate of the Year Claire Sinclaire, inside their Pasadena, Calif. apartment. The scion was also charged with vandalism, as he allegedly damaged his model girlfriend's laptop during the brawl, in which he reportedly punched her and kicked her in the stomach. If found guilty on both charges, he faces one and a half years in prison.

Marston and Sinclair, 20, had been dating on-and-off since August 2010. He was released on $20,000 bail Feb. 13. Hugh Hefner, 85, has four children overall. Marston is his eldest with second wife Kimberley Conrad.
