PICS: Inside Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's Little Love Nest

"My life needs to be simplified," Jennifer Aniston announced earlier this year.
And that's exactly what she did. After selling her palatial Beverly Hills pad for $38 million in June, the 42-year-old actress and her 40-year-old beau Justin Theroux recently moved into a 1,761-square-foot house in the Hollywood Hills.
"They didn't want to buy a house right away," an Aniston source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now). Instead, the duo decided to rent the fully-furnished space for $17,500 a month.

"One bedroom is the master and the other is currently furnished as a guest room," an Aniston insider recently told Us. "It is a really romantic house with great views and a warm feeling in every room. If they decide they like it, it's also for sale."
The master suite includes vaulted ceilings and French doors, which lead to an ozone pool and spa. The home also features a converted garage that has been turned into a family room, three fireplaces and a hidden garden.

The private $3 million abode is close to Aniston's favorite hot spot Sunset Tower, as well as fellow celebrities Leonardo DiCaprio, Halle Berry and Ryan Phillippe.

looks like she's happy. they may be moving fast, but sometimes you just know when you're with the right person, as cheesey as that sounds. @Evelyn, you need to stop reading about jen if you really don't want to hear about her. it really is that simple, why don't you get a hobby and bring some joy back to your life instead of being so hateful towards jen, who has never done anything to you

Don't bother Joelle, people like Evelyn are just vile and sick in their head. An innocent kid was recently killed in the earthquake and for her to post something like that questions her level of maturity. Jen is so above you Evelyn... mentally, physically and spiritually

I think they should get away from California completely, just get away from Hollywood. He has usually been rather low key, and not liking the limelight. Good luck to them for however long they are together.

does anyone remember how much Jen used to love her small house in the hills? that's where she and Brad Pitt's love affair blossomed. Maybe she's looking for something as cozy and lovey..hope it works out for her..We Love Jen
