This isn't your regular karaoke night! Stars from TV, film, and the stage are coming together for the upcoming Spike TV series Lip Sync Battle — and the claws are out! The latest preview reveals song selections (including a Madonna classic), and which celebrities are competing against each other.

Ready? Let's begin!

The show, inspired by Jimmy Fallon's repeat-worthy lip sync battles on The Tonight Show, will allow the audience to decide who takes home the win during each episode.

Fallon himself will go head-to-head with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. "Fallon, I'm coming to kick your ass!" the former WWE wrestler says. "Because at the end of the day I just want to shake it."

And that he does! As previously reported, one of Johnson's tunes will be Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off." As for competitor Fallon? He enlists a church choir to help him belt out Madonna's "Like a Prayer."

But it only gets better. Anna Kendrick and John Krasinski will face off, but sadly for The Office alum, he has his work cut out for him. During Kendrick's booty dropping performance (she has backup dancers!), Jennifer Lopez makes a surprise appearance.

"Wait, wait," Krasinski responds from the sidelines. "What is happening!?"

Emily Blunt's husband then rolls up his sleeves and gets to work. To even out the playing field he strips down to a silver fringe dress while singing Tina Turner's "Rolling On the River."

Stephen Merchant also shows off his legs. The writer-actor takes a page out of Christina Aguilera's "Dirrty" music video. His rival Malin Akerman? Not impressed at all.

Other stars in the mix include Julianne Hough, Derek Hough, Common, Today show co-host Hoda Kotb, and John Legend.

Lip Sync Battle will be hosted by LL Cool J with the help of Legend’s supermodel wife Chrissy Teigen.

The series begins on Thursday, April 2 on Spike TV at 10 p.m. EST.
