Anna Kendrick

Despite her small supporting role in the huge Twilight films, Anna Kendrick — born August 9, 1985 — is best known for her Oscar-nominated role in the George Clooney flick, Up in the Air.

Though young, Kendrick’s success didn’t happen overnight. As a child, she starred on Broadway and was making movies by the time she was 18 years old.

The Portland, Maine, native is keeping busy with a slew of film projects. The actress will continue to flex her comedic process in the upcoming comedies, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World, costarring Michael Cera, and I’m With Cancer, opposite Seth Rogen.

In February 2009, Kendrick graced the cover of Vanity Fair as one of the magazine’s Hollywood It Girls.
