"Now that I’ve planned a wedding, gotten married, gone on my honeymoon, and come back to life again, I've had some time to reflect on how life’s challenges and accomplishments have brought me to where I am right now. I am married to the love of my life and am constantly trying to be the best mom I can be for Maxwell and Ace," the fashion designer, 34, wrote. "Today, I feel truly comfortable in my own skin. Better exercise habits, food choices, and lifestyle changes have contributed to this, but ultimately, my confidence comes from my state of mind," she added.

The mom of two goes on to share the five vows she's taken for a healthy and happy relationship. Aside from vowing to "remember who you are — and honor her," the blonde bombshell adds you should "let him love all of you."

"Eric has seen me at every size, and he loves me no matter what," Simpson shared of the talked-about weight she gained while pregnant. "When I got pregnant with Ace four months after having Maxwell, I was nervous about starting over again…and felt overwhelm[ed]. Eric was so supportive and challenged me to accept my insecurities and focus on what truly matters. I feel stronger than ever, and Eric's unconditional love has been a reminder of the love I should give myself."

Aside from having a caring — and hunk of — a husband, the singer also stressed the importance of investing in "me time," explaining, "it’s important to have something that you really love to do for yourself." For Simpson, she credits building her billion dollar business.

The Weight Watchers spokeswoman also touched upon her fitness and weight loss, saying "small indulgences can make a big difference" and that she's "learned to make balanced choices."

Above all, the successful business woman states that her "support system" of family and friends that she's "nurtured and cherished" helps strengthen herself and her marriage daily.

"These are the vows that I've made toward a loving marriage," she concluded her post. "Hopefully they bring you closer to yourself and your happily-ever-after."
