The Giudices -- parents to daughters Gia, 12, Gabriella, 10, Milania, 7, and Audriana, 3 -- were charged in a 39-count indictment on Monday with conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud, bank fraud, making false statement on loan applications and bankruptcy fraud. In court Tuesday, Joe and Teresa, 41, were each released on $500,000 unsecured bail bonds. An onlooker told Us the couple was "very solemn" and "very professional."
