I'mma let you finish, but Kim Kardashian and Kanye West just rattled off some amazing revelations about their love life. The couple opened up about everything from nude selfies to their insecurities in a candid new interview with Harper's Bazaar, which was published online on Thursday, July 28.
Kardashian, 35, and West, 39, have a lot in common — including their love for nude selfies. The rapper revealed that he dropped trou for the cameras on more than one occasion before he married his wife. "I used to do nude selfies in my single days. You'd get a good c--k shot here and there," he told the mag, laughing. "Gotta keep it rock 'n' roll."
Unlike West, Kardashian hasn't stopped stripping down. "I love her nude selfies," West shared. "Like, I love the ones from the side, the back ones, and the front. I just love seeing her naked; I love nudity. And I love beautiful shapes. I feel like it's almost a Renaissance thing, a painting, a modern version of a painting. I think it's important for Kim to have her figure. To not show it would be like Adele not singing."
Kardashian, of course, has shared some of her nude selfies with the entire world. Back in March, she was slammed on social media (by stars including Chloe Grace Moretz and Bette Midler) for posting a nude mirror selfie.
"I love a selfie in the mirror," the Selfish author told Harper's Bazaar. "I was about to get in the shower; I took a nude selfie, kept it in my phone for over a year. I just liked the picture, so I was like, 'Let me put censor bars on it and post it.' I don't do things to be like, 'This is powerful. I'm going to show you guys that this is my 'message.' I'm not that type of person. I'm empowered by it, but I'm not doing it specifically to show power."
Kardashian had no clue what kind of controversy would come from it. After all, she's shared daring snapshots before. "That's what was so shocking," she added. "And when I put the bars on it, it was more covered up than a bikini!"
Asked who's the most vain, the pair agreed that Kardashian is. "I think she has vanity," West said. "And with me, I don't give a f--k, bro; it is what it is. I'm the best — now what? I don't know if that's a vain statement. I don't particularly like photos of myself, though."
Kardashian has her insecurities, though. "I would say looking fat sometimes. I really do take it seriously. I try to do what I can and diet and stay in shape, and it does make me insecure when I'm heavy," she said.
West joked: "I used to have insecurity about my finances, then I announced that I had debt, and now I don't have any insecurities."
The parents of North, 3, and Saint West, 7 months, also talked with the mag about their favorite body parts — on themselves and each other. Their answers may not be what you'd expect.
"My favorite body part of Kim's: heart," West revealed. Kardashian chimed in: "Awww, now I have to say the same. But of my own, I like my upper stomach. I just seem to always have abs. When I'm not really pregnant, I have a great two-pack. And of Kanye's? I have to say his heart. And I've always loved his legs."
Kardashian showed just how big her heart is while celebrating West's last birthday. "I rented an island for his birthday. A far, far away place where no one can find us," she told the mag.
"You see, those are the type of statements that make people not like us, more so than the 'I'm the best' statement. It's more the 'Oh, yeah, I just rented an island for his birthday …'" West interjected. "You know in Meet the Parents, Owen Wilson's character? All of our s--t is like Owen Wilson's character; he's like, 'This is when we jumped off Mount Everest, and we wore turtle flight suits or whatever.'"
