Diva behavior! Two of music's biggest female stars got together in London on Wednesday, May 28, snapping a selfie for the ages.
Katy Perry took to Instagram on Wednesday to share a photo of herself with elusive crooner Adele. The "Roar" singer, 29, is in the UK for her ongoing Prismatic World Tour in support of her latest album, Prism.
Adele, 26, met up with Perry for one of her concerts in London. "...And on the 2nd LDN show the Queen graced me with her presence," Perry captioned her image with the Grammy winner.
In the shot, Perry's hair is pulled back, showing off her piercing eyes, which are accentuated with false lashes and shaped brows.
Adele, who has largely stayed out of the public eye in recent months, donned a brimmed hat, a textured top, and hoop earrings for the show. She also drew attention to her peepers with black winged eyeliner.
The "Skyfall" singer tweeted after the event, praising Perry. "Katy Perry was supreme tonight!" she wrote.
The pop stars have been friendly for years. Adele made a brief appearance in Perry's 2012 documentary Part of Me, heralding the star's career by saying, "A lot of albums do have a lot of filler tracks on them but every song on her album is a hit single."
That same year, Perry took to Twitter to express her admiration of Adele after she performed at the Grammys. "@OfficialAdele show em how its done, like a BOSS," Perry tweeted. "#cutestsweetestmostdeservingest"
