Speaking out with the Kardashians. Khloe Kardashian has released her full official statement following Lamar Odom's brothel incident and subsequent hospitalization last Tuesday, Oct. 13.

Kardashian's update was shared on Tuesday, Oct. 20, the morning after Odom was discharged by Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas and transported to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in L.A.

"The past week has been incredibly difficult," Khloe wrote on her website. "I am so thankful to family, friends, and fans, who have sent nothing but prayers and well wishes to Lamar. I also want to take a moment to thank everyone at Sunrise Hospital, including the amazing doctors and nurses for their kindness and diligent work. Under their amazing care, incredible strides have been made. You can never be prepared for an experience like this, but without the outpouring of love and endless prayers that Lamar has received and the strength I was given from my loved ones, it would have been difficult to endure. Thank you for your continued support. God is great!!!"

This is the first time the reality star, 31, has spoken out directly since her estranged husband, Odom, was found unconscious last Tuesday, Oct. 13, at the Love Ranch South brothel in Pahrump, Nev.

The only other statement made — via Kardashian's reps — was to ask the brothel's owner, Dennis Hof, to show some respect to Odom as he lay unconscious in critical condition for 72 hours up until Friday.

"We reached out to Dennis," the statement to Us read at the time. "Politely asking him to respect Lamar’s (and Khloe’s) privacy during this difficult time, and refrain from talking to the press. This is a very painful situation, as I know you are aware, and the idea that anyone would use it to seek publicity is really sad."

Khloe and her famous family also released a statement last week on their recently launched apps. "As a family, we've decided to hold off on publishing content across our apps while we continue to support and pray for Lamar," a statement read last Thursday. "Thank you for your kindness and understanding during this difficult time."

Kris Jenner's daughter has been there for Odom — tirelessly — since he was first admitted to Sunrise Hospital. "She hasn't showered," one insider told Us on Monday. "She's exhausted."

However, Khloe is resolute about seeing Odom's full recovery through. On Monday night, she boarded a helicopter with her estranged spouse to transport him to L.A. "Khloe is committed to staying with [Lamar]," another source previously told Us. "It's a slow process, but Khloe is there every step of the way...It's all been so draining and emotional."
