Kourtney Kardashian‘s third child is due around the Christmas holidays, and the reality TV star isn’t taking any chances when it comes to keeping her doctors close at hand!
Talking to Fit Pregnancy magazine, the 35-year-old sister explained that Christmas was a busy time in the Kardashian family, with mom Kris Jenner putting on a huge party on Christmas Eve every year, complete with Santa, elves, and carolers.
But while momager Jenner will be hoping her daughter’s baby plans don’t interfere with her Christmas plans, Kardashian revealed she’s got her own priorities this festive season, and keeping close to her ob-gyn is number one!
“I’m going to keep him handcuffed to me!” the reality TV star said, laughing. “With Mason, I was due on December 24 and my mom said, ‘No, not on the night of my Christmas Eve party! But he was born 10 days early, so we’ll see what happens this time.”
But even though she’ll be ready to drop by Christmas, Kardashian’s determined to make it a magical time for the sake of her other two children Mason, 4, and Penelope, 2.
“I didn’t always [decorate],” the future mom-of-three said. “Now that I have children, I love to decorate to create the same magical experiences my mom created for my siblings and me when we were younger. I think we had four trees last year! I take the kids to pick out a little one and we decorate it together. Also, before Christmas, I host a party for our kids and all their friends. We love to make a mess while decorating gingerbread houses.”
Kardashian also revealed that despite suffering morning sickness in her first trimester, she’s loving the experience of being pregnant for a third time.
“I am. I love being pregnant in general,” the glowing mom admitted. “This time I’m more tired than I was the other times. I think it’s because I’m always running around and working on different things. But I feel comfortable with how I look and feel. I find a pregnant body to be beautiful and an incredible reminder of what a woman’s body is made to do.”
