Oh no he didn't. In their ongoing (endless!) court case to resolve their 72-day marriage, Kris Humphries, through his attorney, complained that his estranged wife Kim Kardashian's surprise pregnancy has put an unfair bias on the legal proceedings.

In new court documents filed on Tuesday (Feb. 5), the NBA star's attorney Marshall Waller argues that Kardashian's "urgency" to resolve the issue (with a divorce) isn't what it seems. "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial."

Pregnant with boyfriend Kanye West's child, the 32-year-old reality star is due in July. Adds Waller: "Indeed, why would [Kim] plan to get pregnant in the midst of divorce proceedings?"

Humphries, 28, has been arguing for well over a year to annul the marriage, claiming that Kardashian defrauded him. "He won't go down without a fight," a source recently told Us Weekly. Added another source: "It's sad Kris is playing this game. Kim doesn't think he can be happy until he moves on."
