Step by step. Lamar Odom was spotted near his home in Las Vegas on Friday, June 26, following the tragic death of his two friends, Jamie Sangouthai and Bobby Heyward.
The former NBA star, 35, took his mind off of things as he broke a sweat while walking around his neighborhood. Clad in black shorts and a turquoise-colored shirt, he was joined by two male pals.
Khloe Kardashian's estranged husband has had a rough month to say the least. On June 14, his friend Sangouthai died at age 37 from a bacterial skin infection. IV drug abuse was also listed in his autopsy report. Just four days later, Heyward passed away from an alleged drug overdose at age 30.
The losses have struck a chord with Odom in more ways than one. "He feels like it could have happened to him," an insider told Us Weekly of the star, who has battled with substance abuse.
"This is a huge wake-up call for him. It has really shaken him," the source added of his reaction to Sangouthai's death. "Lamar is beside himself."
