The former reality star, 26, has been dating University of Southern California law student William Tell, 32, “for a few months,” a source tells the new issue of Us Weekly (out now).
The pair — who both hail from Orange County — first met in February. Tell, an ex-guitarist for the alternative band Something Corporate, has already made quite an impression on Conrad. “She hopes he’s The One!” a pal says.
