Levi Johnston: Full-Frontal Playgirl Shots Will Be "Tastefully" Done

Yes, Levi Johnston is going full frontal in his upcoming Playgirl spread, which shoots on Nov. 16 (the same day Sarah Palin is set to appear on The Oprah Winfrey Show).
But don't get the wrong idea.
"Posing for Playgirl, a lot of people are going to look at it as not [presenting] a good image, but we're going to do it tastefully," he said Thursday in part two of his interview on CBS' The Early Show. (Of the shoot, Johnston's manager tells TMZ: "Everything's gonna hang out. We're talking 'Full Johnson.'")

Johnston, 19, said on CBS' Early Show, "We don't want no bad boy image. I don't want to be looked at as someone who is getting naked for fame."
Johnston previously told Usmagazine.com, "I just get naked; that's what I do." But on the Early Show, he said, "I am not going to just get out there and get naked. I think when people see [the Playgirl spread], it's not going to be like what they think."
On Wednesday, Palin slammed Johnston (the father of her grandson, Tripp), calling him "desperate" for posing. Johnston shot back, "I don't think it should matter in their eyes what I am doing. She's doing her thing, I am doing mine."
"She's quitting governor for her money, so we're kind of on the same page," he said on the Early Show.

He said there are some things he would turn down. One unnamed company approached him to do "some wild things on camera," he said.
He said he is the sole provider for sister since his mom, Sherry, went to jail following her 2008 arrest on charges of selling OxyContin.

Whenever he visits her at the all-female prison, Levi said the inmates "go nuts. They hold up cougar signs .. just crazy things."
