Lindsay Lohan May Have Violated Probation, Faces 180 Days in Jail

Lindsay Lohan can't seem to catch a break.
One day after she left the Betty Ford Center (and moved into a four-bedroom beach house next to ex Samantha Ronson), the 24-year-old actress faces the possibility of being sent to jail for 180 days.
According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, Lohan may have violated her probation when she allegedly assaulted former Betty Ford Clinic staff member Dawn Holland on December 12.
Though Holland, who was later fired by the rehab facility, dropped her case against Lohan on December 23, authorities plan to send the results of their investigation to the district attorney's office to decide if the actress should face battery charges.

"It is expected that this investigation will be sent to the district attorney's office later this week," the sheriff's office told CNN, adding that Holland has chosen not to cooperate with the case.

According to L.A. Superior Court Judge Elden Fox, if the Mean Girls star violates the rules of her rehab program or fails a drug test before her February 25 court date, she will be sent to jail. As of now, Lohan's probation is scheduled to end in August 2011.

they need to put her a@@ in jail longer than 180 days that's if she gets put in jail...i was a drug addict and was in trouble like her and i was in jail 13 daays and 1 1/2 years on probation and drug tests every month and if i failed the first one automatically 6 more months of probation...next time rest of probation time plus 6 months in jail..they need to treat her like they treated me..now i'm clean 7 years 4 months

yeah, put her away just as you would any other drug addict- i get tired of seeing all of these *%#@# stars get away with murder just because they're pretty blond socialites.
I wish she would get 180 days, and serve every one of them...but this is Hollywood, where a different set of rules apply. She will probably get a slap on the wrist and do none of it. She's had more chances than she ever deserved. She's a complete loser.

Lindsay will probably get nothing in jail time even if she has committed any kind of malfeasants such as assault at the Betty Ford Center.

Doubtful she'll do any jail time...she's sneaky like that. From what I saw on tmz, Samantha is not at all pleased with Lindsey's move...I just dont know about this girl. She seems to make alot of bad/stupid decisions.
