Megan Fox: "I Regret" Lying in Interviews

Megan Fox is wigging out!
In a new photo spread for Interview magazine, the 24-year-old actress is barely recognizable: wearing a retro bob wig, she poses suggestively with a lookalike mannequin. The article even notes that Fox asked to keep the doppelganger mannequin's head as a souvenir at the end of the photo shoot.
"I don't want to open my mouth or speak anymore," Fox tells interviewer/actor Zach Galifianakis. "Everything I say becomes scandalous."

Despite her ubiquitous presence (thanks to the first two Transformers films), Fox explains, "I'm one of those people who fiercely guards their privacy, so I hate doing interviews."
She admits, in fact, to lying during interviews to protect herself.

"I have said some things to throw people off the scent of what's really going on in my life. So I have sort of aided the media in printing these misconceptions, which I regret."
She adds: "at this point, I'm not going to go out of my way to mislead people....that doesn't really get me anywhere"

In the spirit of sharing, the impressively toned star tells Galifiankis of her weakness for "comfort food, soul food." Despite her six-pack abs, the Tennessee-raised star says her ideal meal would be "collard greens and candied baby carrots and then have some biscuits and white gravy—and for dessert, probably blackberry cobbler."
How is she in the kitchen? "I can do a pretty good chocolate-chip pancake. I can do a decent smoothie because when I was 15, I worked in a smoothie shop."
Although Fox won't be appearing Transformers 3, she hits theaters next Friday in Jonah Hex, an action-adventure flick also starring Josh Brolin.

53gia, why should we effin care which of the two is married, or has half a dozen kids!!! people like megan because she is gorgeous, she looks way better than jolie hands down and has only been with two men while jolie has been with a zillion. also megan has never slept with a married man, so double thumbs up to her! and fyi angie and brad ARE NOT married. i'm not gonna judge someone by how many kids they have or what PHONY work they do by reading aloud notes the UN writes for them. megan is still young and has her life ahead so go screw a married man or go adopt half a dozen kids yourself instead of bashing a young woman like megan!
The sad truth is most of Megan's fans are men. And they only want to see her naked having sex. If box office reciepts are any indication not many people want to pay $10-$13 to see her continuously try to act(and fail). It's just plain sad to see someone bomb over & over again.
Yes it needs to be said again! We want to pay to see talented people on the big screen! And sadly it is on the decline. Megan Fox is not a strong actress. There's nothing wrong with using our beauty in life but Megan needs to hone her craft. Study acting, take some Drama classes. This girl has lost millions of money for Hollywood Studios. She is not bankable outside of the Transformers Vehicle & that success is larglely due to Shia.It's a special effects movie.No woman of color(halle berry, jennifer lopez, salma hayek, whoopie goldberg,angela bassett,zoe saldana) would be given this many chances if they were bombing continually as lead in movies.Hollywood does not take such a gamble on minority actresses as they do with talented or untalented white actresses PERIOD.
Here we go with the Angelina/Megan comparisons. Poor Angie like she doesn't go through enough of it with Maniston and her "rachel green" addicted-fuel movie-comedies that bomb. Well Angie is better than both Megan and Maniston!! She is an Oscar, Golden Globe & Emmy winner to boot. She is only 35 & already accomplished so much. Plus she's a Mother to 6 & a dedicated good-will ambassador and to top it off has a devoted husband by her side. Oh yeah, she still manages a bona-fide acting career. I don't see Megan even having an Acting career in 10 years maybe on a reality show - but since she's so private, that seems unlikely too.

I think most people know some of the things she said were for effect regarding herself. But she did not lie about Michael Bay and I think a lot of people are missing the point that this man IS abusive to women. More than one woman he has worked with has said this and most in the industry describes him as 'difficult to work with'. In other words he's a jacka*ss. Because his films make so much money, Hollywood is willing to put up with him. He had Megan audition for him by washing his car in a skimpy outfit while he drooled over her. Now mysteriously he doesn't know what happened to the video. Yeah right!
I think her and Angelina 'Make movies for American's to spend their money on, but then give the money to countries who don't care about America" Jolie should make a movie together. Angelina is so old and played out now she could play Megan Fox's mother or grandmother. Or maybe Megan can be Angelina like 30 years ago.
Someone needs to draw attention and celebrate that Megan Fox had the self respect to not want to work with a man she felt was abusive and degrading to her. This is an important message to women and young girls all over the world and no one is drawing on that and what that says about her.
She is 24 so is still finding her footing in the world. I do think that someone in the media should focus on and congratulate her for not wanting to work with a man who is known and allowed to degrade women and she feels is abusive. Megan Fox is NOT another Angelina Jolie. I'm so sick of hollywood and its CLONE wars. We already have an Angelina trust me we do NOT need another one. Megan Fox is Megan Fox. She is promoting Jonah Hex. This movie is getting mixed reviews, favorable for Josh Brolin unfavorable for Megan Fox. Test screen audiences(mostly young guys)likened her performance to stiff & boring and speaking in a baby voice. Brolin isn't a leading Actor, cannot open a box office hit but he's very good. Studios were hoping that Megan would be a strong draw.She needs THIS movie to be a hit otherwise her career is in serious trouble. She should do small indie type movies,and play supporting roles only not as a lead actress.
