Michael Lohan: I Never Said Lindsay Was "HIV Positive"

Michael Lohan tells UsMagazine.com someone hacked into his Twitter account Tuesday morning and posted that his estranged daughter Lindsay, 23, is "HIV positive."
"Somebody was impersonating me," he tells Us. "I'm disgusted. I would never ever say something like that about my daughter."

The feud between Michael and Lindsay heated up last Thursday when he staged an intervention, barging into her L.A. home with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. He claims Lindsay is abusing drugs again (she denies it) and is a bad influence on 16-year-old sister Ali. (After inspecting the house and interviewing both girls, officers determined Ali was not in any danger.)
Lindsay's mom Dina told Us Monday that Lindsay and Ali may seek a restraining order against Michael.
Michael's lawyer fired back, telling Us his client is simply is trying to "save and protect" his daughters and may pursue "legal action" to try and get Lindsay's life under control.

Dina is the worst mother. How can she sit there and deny everything? You can not sit there and tell the whole world that there is nothing wrong with Linds and she is working really hard. She cant pay her credit card bills, her rent, she is desperate that she does the Milkshake gig cause they are the only ones paying her anymore, she gets fired from a movie because she is not "Bankable". I hope Lindsay is not HIV positive,but if she DOES end up having to take AIDS tests twice a year, maybe she and Scarlett Johansson could make their appointments to take their AIDS tests together- it would be the perfect way to patch up their differences...Lindsay parties hard -probably with drugs and Scarlett was a whore before Ryan turned her into a housewife...she slept with every guy in Hollywood before she married Ryan Reynolds... Re: Michele: I agree with you 100%. My ex boyfriend was a drug user. He would lie about using, deny having a problem, and shut people out of his life. I left him, and 2 years later he finally decided to get clean. No one can do it for them. Michael has an alterior motive for doing this, so he needs to drop the concerned parent act. Perhaps if he left her alone, she would lose the anger and any drug issues she might be having. You can't force someone to change.

LL needs serious help. I don't like this man either, but he gets kudos from me for trying to get her help. I DON"T CARE WHAT HIS UNDERLYING needs were or if he was just wanting attention, at least he has done more than Dina (the physcotic diva mother) has EVER done for them! LL and her sister both needs quick help or the next headlines are going to be about a funeral for one or both of them! Then Dina will be on here blaming him for that too, when in fact the only person to blame is DINA HERSELF for allowing this situation to happen in the first place! I had a family member that was on Drugs for years. You just have to leave them alone and let them hit their own rock bottom. She is an adult and her father needs to live his own life and leave her alone to live hers.
