Michael Lohan Arrested on Domestic Violence Charges

Turns out Lindsay's not the only Lohan in trouble with the law.
The 25-year-old star's father, Michael, was arrested early Tuesday morning in Tampa, Fla., on domestic violence charges after a wild argument with his live-in girlfriend, Kate Major.
A police report obtained by The Associated Press says Lohan, 51, was taken into custody at 1:10 a.m. after a daylong spat with Major, 28. The couple reportedly fought over an upcoming court appearance on a previous domestic violence charge and the fact that Major would not perform oral sex on Lohan.
Responding to a call at Major's home, officers heard a woman yelling "stop" and "leave me alone." When Lohan answered the door, he was sweaty and winded.

"He immediately got defensive saying 'everything is OK and nothing happened here,'" the police incident report stated. "The victim started yelling in the background for us to help her because he was lying."
Major -- who has a temporary domestic violence injunction against Lohan but let him stay overnight anyway -- told police her beau banged his head on the door and intended to blame her for his injuries when authorities arrived.

Complaining of chest pains during the ordeal, Lohan was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, and was arrested when he tried to check himself out of the hospital without police consent.
He was being held without bail at the Hillsborough County Orient Road Jail Thursday morning.
