Michelle Duggar: "We Would Welcome" a 20th Baby

19 Kids and Counting mom Michelle Duggar isn't necessarily done bearing children.
During a Tuesday appearance on The Today Show, the TLC reality mom said she and husband Jim Bob "would welcome another" child. "We would do it again in the fact that here we have this precious gift," Michelle, 43, said. "It's a miracle, it really is."

Their 19th daughter Josie was born prematurely, at 25 weeks, last December. She weighed just 1 lb., 6 oz. and suffered a perforated bowel eight days after her birth and spent two extended stints in the hospital.

On Tuesday's episode of the show, the on-the-mend little girl leaves the hospital after a second, two-month stay.

"The joy of just knowing that Josie felt so much better, that she was bigger and doing so good [made me feel] like this was the time and we were going to make this one go," says Michelle, who brought her baby home from the hospital on supplemental oxygen and had her heart rate monitored.
