Ne-Yo's girlfriend Monyetta Shaws is most definitely pregnant with their second child together -- but are they getting married or what?

On Monday, a rep for Shaws -- who happens to be promoting a new boutique in Atlanta -- told Us Weekly that the parents-to-be were engaged.
But, despite that claim, a rep for Ne-Yo (real name: Shaffer Chimere Smith) later set the record straight to Us: Although the couple is expecting again, there is no engagement just yet.

The 31-year-old "Closer" singer and Shaws welcomed daughter Madilyn Grace in November 2010. According to a source, Shaws' second child is due next month.
