Despite an alarmingly thin frame, A-list stylist Rachel Zoe insists she doesn't have an eating disorder.

The Rachel Zoe Project star, 38, drew stares when she walked the St. Bart's shore in a bikini Jan. 8.

But Zoe - who attended the Beverly Hills Rimowa store opening Tuesday - tells E! News, "I'm here. I'm fine. I feel great, and I'm good."

Dr. Fred Pescatore, author of The Hamptons Diet, estimates the 5-foot-1 Zoe weighs just 80 pounds. A Zoe pal is not surprised, telling UsMagazine.com: "She's obsessed with being skinny. She never eats. If she does, it's fat-free."

But Zoe calls all the chatter "silly."

"I'm going to go and eat dinner after this," she tells E!.

Zoe has long slammed eating disorder rumors. She told Harper's Bazaar last year that she doesn't get why so many people give her a hard time.

"We've had Audrey Hepburn, we've had Twiggy, we've had Veruschka, we've had Kate Moss," she said. "I'm trying to figure out why I am to blame for skinniness.

"Truthfully, I've never seen myself as being too thin," she added. "Sometimes I'll look at photos and be like, 'Oh, that's not a good look.' But generally speaking, I'm not too thin."

She literally looks 80 years old here, haggard, drawn and like she is dying. I hope she goes to treatment. That is the photo of an eating disorder.

OMG, if it's not too thin than what we call that chest???? it's like s piano. Go get some professional help before it's too late. I wonder why her husband is OK with her body and didn't do anything about that????

I think it's Body Dysmorphic Disorder and untreated it is terminal. Karen Carpenter had it. But TV loves sad stories...they sell for a day or two. Rodg will move on and we'll get a new Rachel in a day after she's interred. Ta ta.

The same thing's been happening to Camilla Belle, Ann Hathaway, and from the looks of it, Taylor Swift. They used to be cute, but they're simply wasting away. Girls: when you get so skinny that your head is too big for your body and you start to look like a Bobblehead, it is time to stop dieting!!!

She must be outside of her d*** mind. She looks like the skeleton character from A Nightmare Before Christmas. Look chick: the only time that your bones are supposed to show out of your chest like that is when you are dead. It's ridiculous. You see all of these women in Hollywood starving themselves to try and live up to some kind of image that sells and they're killing themselves in the process.

  • January 28, 2010 - 10:26am Joan

She has a mental disorder where she thinks she looks fine. What we see and what she sees when she looks into a mirror are two different images.

golly, i didn't know they were having such an issue in california with food. why aren't we having telethons on tv for aid for starving california victims instead of worrying about haiti?

Wow, she looks worse even than last season on TV. Her husband seems like a relatively level-headed guy, not too bad looking...how has he not said anything about it? Her wedding photos, she looked NORMAL...far from that now...! How stressful can what she does really be, it's not like she's solving world hunger or finding a cure to Alzheimer's Disease!

If she can honestly look at that picture and say that "generally speaking, I'm not too thin" then she is SERIOUSLY delusional. If her friends or family care at ALL, they will call for an intervention and get her some help. If not, she's not going to live for long. That picture looks like the posterchild for anorexia. She needs help and fast

Rachel Zoe has an eating disorder and I think someone needs to take her aside and get her some real professional help. She doesn't just need to go eat a huge meal but she needs therapy and nutritional counseling...she needs to be hospitalized, gain at least 25 pounds and realize what underline issues is causing her to feel this way. she's unhealthy and if something isn't done soon-she'll end up dead before she's 40. the body can only take so much-emma said it right-the girl is in denial

  • January 27, 2010 - 10:28pm Emma
