This isn't the first time the former spouses have reunited on behalf of their son; they co-hosted Deacon's 7th birthday party at the W Hotel in L.A. last October.

Despite their split, Phillippe has been open about his good relationship with the Water for Elephants actress, 35. "I'm very happy for both Reese and Jim [Toth]," Phillippe, 36, told the Daily News after Us Weekly broke the news of Witherspoon's engagement last year. "I wish nothing but the best for the mother of my children."
