Report: Lindsay Lohan Fails Alcohol Test, Faces Jail Time Again

Here we go again?
Lindsay Lohan may be going from house arrest to the Big House. TMZ reports that the troubled star, who turns 25 next week, recently tested positive for alcohol and must appear before a judge in an L.A. County Superior Court Thursday morning.
The former Disney actress was sentenced last month to four months in jail after she pleaded no contest in the theft of a $2,500 necklace in April; due to prison overcrowding and because she is a nonviolent offender, she's been serving the time via house arrest.

Lohan's alleged positive alcohol test means she violated her probation terms -- and L.A.'s probation department plans to ask Judge Stephan Sautner to throw her into LA County Jail.

Also at issue? Lohan has been photographed having parties with pals at her home during the house arrest.

28I am on NY parole and they violate me if use drugs and alcohol and send me right to jail awaiting prison term. Lindsay must experience what real jail is like for her to change her behavior. Not the LA/Hollywood clubhouse where it is more 5-star hotel than dept. of corrections.
She did NOT violate probation by drinking.
Put her in REAL jail! Not some cell for SPECIAL celebrities! Thats just BS! SHes never going to freakin learn until she actually has it hard for once in her "special" life

Lindsey is an alcoholic. That's a disease, folks, and she literally cannot stop drinking until she hits her personal "bottom of the barrel". I wish her the best and hope it doesn't take her too long to find the "bottom" and start coming up to sobriety.

She has had many chances, rehab included. She had a few days left and blew it. We need more jails like Cristi said, lock the loser up until she really, and sincerely realizes she has a problem. I felt sorry for her once also,..no more.

Well, this is what happens when you are raised by a woman who wants to be more of a friend than a parent. If a parent indulges a kid constantly, and the kid is affluent like Lindsay, then this kind of thing can happen. She sees the court system like she sees her mom. There won't be any "real" consequences. It's not entirely the mom's fault, Lindsay is an adult and can choose not to be so stupid, but apparently, she just doesn't care.

Sheesh, Why don't they just leave the poor little misunderstood child alone! Can't a girl enjoy a little booze? Actually, the fools are the judicial system for believing she will change without a long incarceration. She's just killing herself, and it affects me not the least.

There shouldn't even be a question for the judge at this point. Jail, jail and yeah, jail. Put her in with Bubba The Chimp Girl as a cellmate and she'll learn a thing or two.
I am so sick of her! I used to feel bad for her, but I no longer do. I agree with Shannon King. She apparently has no respect for the law, and thinks she can just do whatever she wants with no consequences. Seriously, lock her up and throw away the key!

And as someone mentioned - stop calling her a "star" she's been box office poison for years. She has NO fans left. Dancing with the Stars would reject her at this point for not being relevant enough.
