David Letterman and his wife, Regina Lasko, are seen doing some grocery shopping in St. Bart’s on March 23, 2016.

Letterman first unveiled his startling transformation while jogging in St. Bart’s on Tuesday. However, he seemed content with life and even flashed a smile at the camera during his jog.
