Rumer Willis turned the big 2-5 with Demi Moore by her side! The actress shared a black and white photograph via Instagram on Saturday, Aug. 17, thanking everyone who showed up — including her famous mom.
“I had the most wonderful Birthday yesterday. Thank you to everyone who shared my special day with me. Above all else yesterday I felt such an immense amount of love from all of you and I am so grateful to have you in my life,” she wrote. “Especially my partner in crime mister @jayson_blair and my amazing mom. #big25 #overthehill.”
The picture showed a smiling Willis about to blow out her birthday candles. She also thanked her actor boyfriend Jayson Blair, whom she’s been dating since August 2012.
In July 2012, it was reported that Willis and her sisters Scout, 21, and Tallulah, 19, tried to file a restraining order against the Ghost actress for constantly emailing and calling, but an insider quickly shut down those rumors.
“It’s true they’re not all hunky dory, getting along like they used to, but they’re not about to go to those extremes!” an insider told Us Weekly at the time. Moore, 50, who shares the girls with ex husband Bruce Willis, has been on the mend since an early 2012 breakdown and rehab stay, which followed her November 2011 split with second husband Ashton Kutcher. “They love their mom at the end of the day, and they’re never going to completely abandon her.”
