On Tuesday, Michael Phelps admitted to Us Weekly that he wouldn't rule out following in the two-stepping footsteps of Olympians who have gone on Dancing with the Stars. But if it were up to his teammate/friendly rival Ryan Lochte, he might have some stiff competition.

"Since I'm so used to competing against Michael Phelps, I'd have him on the [Dancing with the Stars]," Lochte, who turned 28 last Thursday, told Us at the P&G Family Home in London on Sunday where he was presented with a Gillette diamond-encrusted razor. "I could do Dancing with the Stars! Yeah, I think so."

Though the face of Gillette has yet to name the DWTS pro he'd like to partner up with, the single 11-time Olympic medalist does have clear specifications on the type of girlfriend he's looking for.

"Someone that I can trust. I think that trust is something really important and they have to be able to make me smile," the Rochester, N.Y. native explained to Us. "I was always told to enjoy life and have fun with it, so I definitely want to have fun with whoever I am with. I want them to be my best friend and my lover at the same time."

Lochte's future girlfriend will have to receive his mom, Ileana Lochte's, seal of approval -- a must not only required by Ileana, but enforced by the athlete himself.

"My mom has been there through thick and thin. She's supported me, she's my biggest fan," he gushed of his mom, who was left tearing up at his heartfelt remarks. "She's everything. Every competition she's been there cheering for me. I wouldn't be the person or the athlete I am today if it wasn't for her. She's beautiful and I love her."
