I just read an article on Associated Content by a writer named Radell Hunter about this ring. She says it doesn't compare to Elizabeth Taylor's Krupp Diamond.

The family set the kids ages back when they got they're papers and she is actually 44. She allegedly had an abortion because the dad was African American. She has had one nervous breakdown. When she got engaged between marriages (to N.Y. relative)she received a 10k wedding gift. After breaking off the engagment she kept the money for silicone. She is known in family circles as bad luck.
