Still crushing! Simone Biles gushed over Zac Efron and revealed more interesting tidbits about herself in her “73 Questions” video interview with Vogue.
While giving a tour of her family’s gym in Texas, the 19-year-old Olympic gymnast didn’t hold back when asked about her favorite Hollywood heartthrob. Pressed about her ideal first date with Efron, 28, Biles — who is dating Brazilian gymnast Arthur Nory Mariano — replied, “I think breakfast on the beach.”
The gold-medalist was then asked to think of a celebrity portmanteau if she and the High School Musical alum were to ever achieve “Brangelina” status. Without hesitation, Biles answered, “Zimone.”
As fans are well aware, the decorated athlete has never shied away from expressing her unremitting love for Efron. On August 16, she finally got the chance to meet him in person while competing at the 2016 Rio Olympics. Naturally, Biles documented their hangout session via Instagram. “On cloud 9 💙☁️ @zacefron,” she captioned an adorable GIF of herself planting a smooch on the hunky actor’s cheek.
Aside from Efron-related queries, the 4-foot-9 sports star was game for any topic that came her way. When she was questioned about an alternate career path if she never joined the Olympics, Biles said, “I would be in college … Maybe a college cheerleader.”
And if she were to ever make it as an actress, the Tide spokeswoman revealed that she would love to make a guest appearance on Pretty Little Liars: “I wanna be A!”
Though she admitted she “can’t sing” when asked about her go-to karaoke song, Biles did come up with a great moniker if she and her Final Five teammates — Laurie Hernandez, Aly Raisman, Madison Kocian and Gabby Douglas — were to ever form a girl group: “Confidence.”
