Stephanie Pratt Faces Six Months in Jail for DUI

Reality check for Stephanie Pratt: the Hills star might go to jail.
Pratt, 23, was formally charged Wednesday with suspicion of driving under the influence, TMZ reports. Her potential sentence: up to six months in jail and a $1000 fine.
Pratt was arrested (with $5000 bail) in the early hours of Oct. 18 after leaving castmate Holly Montag's birthday shindig at L.A. club Empire.

Two breathalyzer tests registered .08 and .09; the legal limit is .08.

They never spend any time in jail, it's just a pity party for these these celebs. If a regular non celeb did the same thing, they'd be in jail same with Khloe Kard. what did she spend, 2 hours? They just want publicity, negative doesn't matter. I can't stand any of the Pratts, Yuck!

When will people learn, and that means ALL people, learn that drinking and driving, no matter how many drinks you've had, should not be permitted! Call a cab or have a sober person there to drive! How can any of you ignorant people defend this twit, and think it's okay to say, "She only had 2 drinks, its no biggie.." because it is a big deal! I've lost someone who was struck by a drunk driver, and it doesn't matter how many drinks you've had before you got behind the wheel, the law states you are not to drink and drive! Plain and simple!

Um...wow. Most of you are the hypocrites. I bet almost all of you have probably got in your car and started driving with a higher alcohol level than that. Stephanie has admitted to being a past alcoholic. Yeah, she did lecture Holly about her drug issues. Did you guys ever stop to consider maybe she's lecturing Holly so she won't end up the same way? Stephanie probably knows she what she does is bad and is screwing her up inside so she just might be looking out for her sister-in-law. Not everyone has to be the devil.

A .08 or .09 BAC is about the equivalent of 2 drinks, serioulsy...the girl was hardly wasted, though should not have been driving, but I still don't think it should be blown into this huge deal...and I don't think she will go to jail, especially if this is her first DUI/offense.

Please. It's LA, she'll be in and out in half an hour. That's the way it is there and that's why everyone in LA wants to be famous, because they know they can do anything they want and get away with it. Such a hellhole.
