A little overdressed for a night out on the town, Tara Reid? The American Reunion actress showed off a full face of makeup, colorful wig and bright costume and accessories in a recent photo she shared on Twitter — but, as it turns out, the getup is for an upcoming film project.
“Today at work shooting my new untitled film produced by jamie kennedy its gonna be super cool!” the 37-year-old actress tweeted excitedly on Tuesday, March 26.
In the image, Reid is wearing a peach-toned wig atop her head, accented with a big red flower perched in the middle, a la Elizabeth Banks‘ character Effie Trinket from the Hunger Games films.
The actress also shows off an unusual purple lip and long eyelashes, offset by bright pink eye makeup and a black choker with large flowers.
“Anyway good night everyone I have an early call time so I’m going to bed!” she added later, explaining that she was heading to Italy the next day for “cipriani’s wedding then london.”
Earlier this month, Reid spoke to Access Hollywood about her crazy partying days, but insisted that she was just having “fun.”
“It was my fault, I did it …[but] it wasn’t that bad what I did,” she told Access Hollywood. “At the end of the day, I really [just] had fun. I wasn’t doing crimes. I wasn’t getting in trouble like that.”
