Tara Reid is getting ready to walk down the aisle!
The 34-year-old actress got engaged to boyfriend Michael Axtmann on Monday, her rep confirms to UsMagazine.com.

The couple began dating last year; Reid and Axtmann, a web entrepreneur, are reportedly planning an intimate ceremony for summer 2010.

Reid posed topless in the January/February issue of Playboy, and offered no apologies about her crazy party girl past. "I wouldn't change anything that's brought me here," she said in the mag. "I've grown up a lot, and it's time for people to see who I am...I lived a lot of years in the public eye. But if you look at me now, that’s not who I am anymore ... I'm not Girls Gone Wild anymore."
