Today Show Anchors Recreate Royal Wedding on Halloween!

The Today show team really outdid themselves this year.

On Halloween, Matt Lauer and Ann Curry recreated Prince William and Kate Middleton's fairytale wedding when they transformed New York City's Rockefeller Plaza into Westminster Abbey.

Lauer, 53, donned a blonde wig to play the heir to the royal throne, while Curry, 54, wore a replica of Middleton's Alexander McQueen gown. After the crowd began to chant, the two anchors even shared a kiss! See more pics of the Today Show crew in costume from PopSugar.

Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb got into the spirit as Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, while Natalie Morales and Al Roker morphed into Pippa Middleton and Prince Harry.

Gifford, 58, tweeted a photo of herself with Kotb backstage: "We dressed down so as not to draw any attention away from the bride (that slut)," she joked.

Former co-host Meredith Vieira made a surprise Today appearance dressed as Queen Elizabeth; she arrived  with six corgis in tow. Savannah Guthrie played the part of Prince Charles.

In 2010, the Today show team dressed as pop culture icons ranging from Lady Gaga to Superman. The previous year, they went all out as Star Wars characters.
