Monica Monroe, one of the two Love Ranch South brothel employees who found Lamar Odom unconscious on Tuesday, Oct. 13, claims that she saved the former NBA star’s life and had nothing to do with supplying Odom drugs, despite reports.
“I didn’t do anything wrong — I saved his life,” Monroe, told the Daily Mail on Tuesday, Oct. 20.
Dennis Hof’s employee, who uses a pseudonym and whose real identity has yet to be disclosed, is in the witness protection program after the December 2013 murder of her boyfriend, according to the Daily Mail.
Monroe has left Nevada since finding Odom, 35, and is distraught over his hospitalization.
“I’m not to blame at all because I didn’t do anything wrong at all,” Monroe reiterated to the site. “I feel like I saved his life by finding him.”
As previously reported, Monroe and fellow Love Ranch South employee Ryder Cherry spent the weekend with the former Lakers star prior to his hospitalization. According to 911 calls, Khloe Kardashian’s estranged husband had taken at least 10 tabs of sexual performance enhancement drug Reload and had allegedly done cocaine on Saturday, Oct. 10. A police investigation is ongoing.
After being treated at Sunrise Hospital in Las Vegas, Odom was airlifted to Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Hospital on Monday, Oct. 19. Kardashian has remained by his side.
“He’s still really, really sick,” a source updated Us on Tuesday. “There are a million things they’re doing to him still. He’s not doing well. He’s talking a little bit, but not full sentences.”
Kardashian, 31, also broke her silence on Tuesday, revealing to fans via her website how difficult the situation has been and noted that “God is great.”
