Single and swanky! After announcing her split from David Foster last month, newly single Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Foster has purchased a penthouse in L.A. for $4.59 million, Zillow confirms to Us Weekly

Foster’s new bachelorette pad is located high up in the sky at the luxe, 24-story Carlyle Residences. The home features 4,000 square feet of space, a slight downgrade from her 12,000-square-foot mansion in Malibu, which was sold for $27 million after her split reveal.

The former model, 51, will still have plenty of space — and gorgeous views! — inside her new condo, which features amenities such as a pool, a private elevator, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and automated window shades that are (wait for it … ) UV-ray resistant.

Foster’s tony new digs include sweeping views of Wilshire and a gorgeous walk-in closet. The apartment also features a stunning dining space that can easily accommodate dinner-party guests. If anyone wants a smoke break — or a moment away from the often-intense RHOBH filming sessions — the Dutch beauty’s condo also has a balcony that overlooks L.A.

The reality personality shared a photo of her transition into the new year in a new Instagram post on Monday, January 4. “If you have not worn it in the past year, it’s probably time to PASS IT ON,” Foster captioned a pic of herself nestled atop nine boxes filled with clothes. In another post from New Year’s Eve, the mom of three again brought up how 2016 was her chance to begin again.

“Goodbye 2015, I couldn’t be more happy to leave you behind,” she wrote. “I love the feeling of entering a new year with a fresh start and 366 new chances.”

Foster, indeed, is coming off a very difficult year. While publicly battling Lyme disease, the TV personality and her Grammy-winning husband, David, confirmed to Us Weekly on December 1 that they were divorcing after four years of marriage. “We are grateful for the years we’ve spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best,” they told Us in a joint statement at the time. “I hope that we can pave the road ahead of us with all we’ve learned and with the love and respect we will always have for one another.”
