The two Neighbors stars dressed in drag for a sketch with Jimmy Fallon this week, featured on The Tonight Show on Tuesday evening, May 6.
Efron, 26, and Rogen, 32, joined the talk show host for his recurring bit "Ew," where he acts as a tween girl and is joined by his besties to discuss what is cool and what is not.
Fallon, 39, took on his typical "Ew" persona of Sara ("no 'h' because h's are ew"), donning a blonde wig with a bow, braces, and a purple dress with a heart-shaped necklace.
He first brought out Rogen as Sara's BFF Allison. The actor wore an auburn wig with a braid, a floral sundress, and a necklace reading "MAYBE." Rogen as Allison went on to gush about using her mom's credit card to stop by Starbucks to get a Venti Soy Cinnamon Dulce Cream Frappuccino.
Fallon and Rogen were then joined by Efron as their third pal Britney. The High School Musical alum sported a long brunette wig with a flower headband, and a short floral dress over green tights.
Watch above as hilarity ensues when the three men take selfies as teen girls and twerk to Lil Jon's "Turn Down for What."
The funnymen are hardly the first stars to impersonate tweens for Fallon's "Ew." Other celebrities who have joined in on the fun in the past include Channing Tatum, Will Ferrell, Lindsay Lohan, and even First Lady Michelle Obama.
