Zach Braff is a fan of his fans! The Wish I Was Here actor made a kind gesture toward one of his supporters this week, when he recorded a video for a fan named Mattias.
The mysterious Mattias, who gave few details about himself, shared the clip on Reddit this week under the username matterohmee, and the video quickly went viral.
"I'm Mattias and [I] watched Scrubs every day for years," he captioned the visuals. "My friend ended up in a car with Zach Braff and I got this video sent to me. You should see my smile."
Titled "Zach Braff is a top lad," the video shows the Scrubs alum, 39, sitting in the back of a car in a suit.
"Hi Mattias," he says in the video. "It's Zach Braff here. I can't wait to meet you one day. You're the reason I've done everything I've ever done in my life."
Braff exhibited his close relationship with his fans in April 2013, when he turned to his supporters to crowdfund his sophomore directorial effort. After raising more than $3 million, Wish I Was Here, starring Braff, Kate Hudson, and Joey King, hits theaters this month.
