96omg she went for a lindsay lohan nose job lol! and i thought that her black hair was natural, but wow looking at past pics i guess not, she's gonna damage her pretty little head with all that peroxide!
Megan Fox is addicted to plastic surgery. She looks like a catwoman-all pulled and nipped. Face and booby work done. Also, she her hair is fake. This is so commonplace in Hollywood it's shouldn't surprise anyone.

The only thing I think she has done to her nose is having the tip refined . Also , when u lose weight , u lose it in ur face too . Same thing happened to me . And her lips do look fuller , but the subject here is nose jobs ... I think she is beautiful . Those of u who don't , I pity u for being so jealous & envious .

Ok just because she looks different doesn't mean she had surgery. If you look she has the same face structure in both pictures she just lost the baby fat which is completely normal. The only difference is in the angle of the photo which makes her nose look different and while before she'd had blond hair and a slight tan while in the second picture she's thinner, paler and her hair is way darker
OMG!!!! She looks COMPLETELY different in the second picture!! Yup she definitely got surgery. She looks gorgeous after, although i think that people who get facial modifications (that have nothing to do with health problems) shouldn't be lauded up as pretty. So many young girls look up to her and she just goes and plasticize herself. I'm sorry, but plastic doesn't appeal to me.

If u think she hasn't had any work done, you're retarded. Look up other pix of her online. She definitely gets her lips plumped and has had a nose job...and probably other procedures done as well. I do think she looks way better in the first pic here. I don't understand why people think she's so hot now...
The before picture is awful. It looks like it was taken in like 1995... and since she was like in first grade at that time, it's obviously not that old. But bad hair, bad make-up... I can't tell if the nose if different or not, but I know she got her boobs and lips done. News flash: there are no more natural beauties in Hollywood.

i do not see any plastic surgery here one picture is not only an old picture but she has a different hair color she is skinnier now she simply looks different but in no way does she look like she had any surgery

woah! that is a complete transformation, it's almost like they are two different person. it's obvious that she had her eyes, her nose and her cheeks done. and she doesn't look as hot as she is now in the picture on the left. i guess she is not naturally hot.

Not only did she have her nose job( she cut a prominent part of the bone and made her previously more bulbous tip of the nose pointier ) but she also had her lips filled to look fuller and boob job...
