Eileen...how can her "new nose" (constructed by a doctor, not GOD) be "keeping with her African heritage?" She was just right the way God made her. It's not like losing weight - she is changing the structure of her nose, which IS the shape created directly by her heritage. Your comment is an insult to black women, although I choose to assume it was not intentional. Please consider that her choice to tailor her nose is not based on anything "in keeping with her African heritage" but instead is a result of her insecurities manifesting themselves.
Caucasian women do not stick to their heritage when they get boobs, lips, hips, and butts, so I think She looks Fantastic!
