His personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, is the target of a manslaughter investigation for giving the singer -- who was known for his ever-changing appearance, odd relationships and child sexual abuse accusations -- the drug Propofol on several occasions.

@ Julia Ann Martin-Vernon...... I couldn't have said it better myself. I don't usually voice my opinion on any of these web sites, as most ppl are just hateful and say hurtful negative things anyway... but why do ppl go to such great lengths to judge these celebrities, and put their 2 cents in, where it doesn't belong??? This is why God will come back again, and end the world. It has become very hateful, and yes, shame on those who first judge..... for they too will be Judged BY THE ONLY ONE THAT MATTERS!!!! We all have choices to make, and we need to make the right choice, to be kind to one another..... we need to stop the hate.
I understand the pain he was suffering with his inability to sleep. No human should have to endure the cruelty of this disorder, and how it effects every second of your ability to function as a human being on a daily basis. More so, no Dr. should of even considered giving him any type of medication that could of possibility take his life. What's really the sadness of it all is that people judged him for things that ARE NONE OF OUR BUSINESS and this ate his heart and soul alive, ergo, heartache and pain and inability to sleep. How sad that his disorder caused his untimely death Only one being has the right to judge anyone, and I believe you know whom that is. That is between the two of them and only them. How hateful this world has become and shame on you if you were the first to judge!
Dedra I agree with you, somethings are better left unsaid, but with the story of Michael (STORY) some people just won't let it rest. Somethings you take the good and leave the bad but with Michael the supposed molestation will not rest. Because Michael was more than what they wanted him to be more than what they dreamed he could be. Out of jealousy I guess. Let's throw this out there, PeeWee Herman (Paul Reubens) in a public place but that's ok. Now he's on Broadway go figure. But each time Michael last two cd's came out these acquisitions came out, WOW!!!
The "Children" now adults are quiet as part of the settlement agreement. I KNOW the lawyer for Jacksons MD, so I know what I know.
I know the lawyer for Mr Jacksons MD, and there were photo's and remarks made by the DR. that would have put him in prison for molestation, the last case he "settled" out of court. The lawyer was able to keep Mr Jacksons records out of the case,...and he walked.

I do wanna post my opinon however, I chose not too...Except for a few comments that were great and well deserved concerning Michael...I do not wanna mix or waste my comments with such a ignorant and uncaring bunch of negative judgemental morons. It ASTOUNDS ME that people like Angel Rose & Ron Flett exist. To this so called Angel, I'd like to ask "Who do you think you are?" Jesus said it himself, "Judge not lest ye be judge." He would probably add more by saying, "Don't judge... especially on things that you know NOTHING about." At last check, the court said that he was not guilty. If you refuse to look into the facts of the court case, then it shows that you all really will fall for anything. Seriously, wake up people.
- 1st of all , someone who was as popular as Michael Jackson had access to way more then two children . So if he was a real child abuser i think more then two of them would have said something. &'dd the one's that did took it back later on, &'dd for their parents , if you really believe your children was being molested , then would money really be the answer of forgivness , naaa . and for them spending the night in his bed , each time he slept on the floor or elsewhere , okkay . so no your facts , before you speak on something as serious as this !

When I first heard he was being taken to the hospital, I didn't believe it. Then just moments later then pronouced he had passed. He was gone waay before the ambulance got to the mansion. It truly is sad. A year later and it still hurtsto see such talent go. For those who have something negative to say, who ever made you an expert on Michael Jackson's life? He wasn't perfect but he wasn't a monster. He was no different than us. He was a person that couldn't live his life because of people like you all. Michael was a great father a humble person full of life and love. All he did was try to make the world unite, for all of us to love eachother and you all continue to make nasty comments about him. Let him rest in peace. Whether you like it or not, his legacy will go on through the hundreds of thousands of fans that love him and didn't judge him.
