The 25-year-old -- who was fired from Melrose Place because, sources tell Usmagazine.com, she couldn't act -- likely switched up her hair for her new job.

23While she was annoying & fighting with her husband, he grabbed a pair of scissors & hacked her hair off! Hence the new look & colour. She needs to take acting lessons so she can still learn how to fake being married to Pete Wentz. I guess he's given his band's name, Fall Out Boy, new depth & definition now that Act-less has a new hairstyle!!!!! OUCH!

I looooved her with red hair but I really think this whole looks rocks. The cut and color suit her personality and complements the style of her hubby. Nice work Ash, wish I had a badass stylist like that to give me a makeover!
