Girls' day out at the tattoo parlor!
In between Fashion Week shows, High School Musical besties Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Tisdale hit NYC's East Side Ink late last week -- where artist "Bang Bang," who's created body art for Rihanna, gave the girls fresh ink.

Hudgens, 22, and Tisdale, 26, both got thoughtful, spiritual tattoos during the outing. Tisdale opted for the words "jamais seule" (French for "never alone") on her right foot; Hudgens stamped the "Om" symbol on the backs of both her hands.

Hudgens already has a butterfly tattoo imprinted on her neck. Tisdale's wrist already reads "fearless," and her back tattoo says "believe."

The gal pals made the most of their NYC fun. "We miss u!!!!" Tisdale Tweeted to Vanessa's sister Stella. "Ur sister and I r crazy, I'm sure u heard lol."
