Blue bestowing her blessing! Beyonce posted a sweet Instagram pic on Tuesday, Nov. 18, of her younger sister Solange and brother-in-law Alan Ferguson bonding with little Blue Ivy on their wedding day.
The snapshot features Auntie Solange in her creamy (and dreamy!) white Humberto Leon for Kenzo crepe cape, looking down at her 2-year-old niece. Little Blue, wearing a metallic white dress with a tiered skirt, holds her left arm up to touch the bride's hand for the special bonding moment.
Whatever Blue was saying to the couple must have been amusing, because the handsome groom, 51, is seen in the candid snapshot laughing down at his niece.
As previously reported by Us Weekly, Solange and video director Ferguson got married this past Sunday, Nov. 16, in New Orleans, before 100 guests. All attendees, including Beyonce, Jay Z, and Blue, dressed in different shades of white. The insider added that while Bey was fulfilling sisterly duties, Jay was looking after their tot Blue Ivy. "[It] didn't look like they had a worry in the world," the source said.
But Blue wasn't the only kid who reveled in the spotlight at the wedding. Her cousin Julez, 10, performed a special choreographed dance to Rae Sremmurd's "No Flex Zone" with his mom. (Solange shares Julez with her ex-husband Daniel Smith.)
Indeed, the happy family was off celebrating the nuptials of the younger Knowles daughter, 28, who "looked gorgeous," marveled one observer.
The same eyewitness told Us: "Jay and Beyonce and Blue Ivy were the perfect little family there supporting her sister. The weekend was exactly what Solange wanted, friends and family in her favorite town. It was all about the fashion, it was all about the look and the music, because that's important to her. Alan's a great man and has made her very happy."
