Cressida Bonas let loose in a new Mulberry visual ad, titled “From England With Love,” in honor of the brand’s Spring 2015 collection. The short clip, which also stars British actor Freddie Fox, features Prince Harry‘s on-again, off-again girlfriend, 26, showing off her dance moves while modeling the fluttery “Buttercup Dress,” as well as the brand’s signature leather tote.
Bonas, a trained dancer, turned heads during the 2015 Golden Globes weekend, when she wore both the black and white version on the red carpet.
“It was great to be approached for the project and develop ideas with Mulberry,” the scrunchie-loving model said in a statement. “I love the story and the attitude they wanted to convey. Our team wanted the girl in the film to have energy and fun, with the curiosity to explore which draws her up the stair and into the mirrored room.”
The nearly two-minute-long sequence shoes a barefoot Bonas, 26, in an empty room, dancing freely on green grass, while whipping her hair back and forth. At the halfway point, she switches out the black dress for the cream version, as her dance moves take her into a mirrored room.
“Once she’s there and feels that no one’s watching — then she just wants to dance for the joy it,” Bonas added. “The setting makes her feel free, and using dance to convey this feeling works so well for the story, it adds signature Mulberry charm and wit.”
