What happens when you mix messy bedhead with polished waves? You get a beachy texture that looks effortlessly cool. And the best part about this textured style is that you don't need to be near an ocean to rock it, thanks to all the amazing "sea spray" hair products on shelves, which create surfer girl strands in seconds. Here's how to get one of Hollywood's hottest looks:

"Spritz a sea spray product throughout wet hair to add body," says Alli Webb, founder of Drybar salon in L.A. (clients include Cindy Crawford and Rose McGowan). Set your blow-dryer on medium and roughly dry hair, scrunching and tousling as you go. "Use a brush to smooth roots, then, starting midway up strands' shafts, curl ends vertically with a 1-inch iron, alternating direction each time," says Webb. To finish, rub texturizing cream between palms and pat onto hair, breaking up waves.
