Blushing bride! Eva Longoria, who recently got engaged to longtime boyfriend Jose “Pepe” Baston last month in Dubai, tried out bridal white for the 2016 Golden Globes Sunday, January 10.
The Telenovela actress, 40, said the white color made her nervous, and she was feeling pressure to keep everything just so. “People are coming to hug me and I stop ‘em,” she explained. “Don’t mess up my hair or makeup!”
Her gorgeous Georges Hobeika dress featured a sexy cutout back, vibrant floral embroidery and sparkly champagne ribbon details.
The actress, who is a presenter at the Golden Globes, told E!’s Ryan Seacrest that fiancé Baston is taking pointers from her parents’ own 50-year marriage. “My parents celebrated 50 years of marriage [last night]. It was so beautiful, I was bawling!” she said of the previous night’s celebrations. “My dad said my mom was the prettiest girl he had ever met and she still is. … Pepe was taking some notes!”
