Despite his best efforts, Tom Brady's long, slicked-back hairstyle at the Met Costume Institute Gala couldn't distract us from his supermodel wife's gorgeous, shiny waves (not to mention her stunning bright-red gown).
The 30-year-old typically wears her hair with a more tousled texture, but for the uber glam occasion, Gisele's longtime stylist, John Frieda Global Creative Consultant Harry Josh, opted for a classic old Hollywood-inspired look.
"I wanted to go for a sleek, polished version of her iconic beach waves," he told Us Weekly. "The Met Ball is fashion's biggest night and I thought this was the perfect look to complement the evening."
To create the look, Josh sprayed her hair with John Frieda Full Repair Perfect Ends Sheer Mist ($10, drugstore.com) before blow drying to protect it from the heat. Then he blow-dried it with a Mason Pearson boar-bristle brush. For the big, shiny waves he wrapped sections of hair around a large curling iron then brushed out the curls.
