Spoiler alert!

Could Samantha Jones be walking down the aisle in the Sex and the City sequel?

Kim Cattrall was spotted wearing a gorgeous sleeveless wedding gown -- and Uggs -- on the flick's New York City set Friday afternoon.

Find out how much all the clothes in the SATC sequel cost

Cattrall's character split up with Smith Jerrod (Jason Lewis) at the end of the first movie, and moved back to New York City.

But a source told Us Weekly earlier this month Lewis will appear in the follow up (due in theaters March 2010).

"Yes, Jason is back!" says the insider. "Smith has become a famous movie star, so we'll see how that plays out and how that affects their relationship."

What else happens to Cattrall in the movie? A casting notice also claims she'll have to cope with downsizing her spending after some of her investments get wiped out.

10:19 am: I dont think it would be so much out of charachter for Samantha. Several times in the show she showed a softer and more vulnerable side of her self. Smith Jerrod was her first real love, and I hope for a reunion in the new movie, cause I think it would suck if Samantha ended up alone..

It's not a big deal for women to get married at a later age. My sister got married for the first time when she was 41.

I don't have a problem with the girls getting married and settling down, but for Samantha too that's just not Samantha. It's not true to her character.

I think the 2nd movie's gonna be really exciting!!! Can't wait to be in the cinema for it!

I dont understand why so many SATC fans is getting so upset about the girls getting older and settle down. The show was all about finding the one, the movies are about the life after that. It´s a natural development! I would love if Carrie and Big got pregnant, and Samantha finally walk down the aisle. I love the SATC-girls and their lifes, but I do hope this is the last movie, and that it is going be a great grand finale..

what happened to movies being filmed in studios out in LA thanks for sort of ruining the movie for us by doing this in the streets of NYC

I was disappointed that Carrie is supposed to have a baby, and now I'm hoping this is just a dream sequence or something, because Samantha getting married would be disappointing as well. Both of those things would make it predictable, boring, and in Samantha's case, completely going against that personality we fans know and love.

Kim looks great as usual. She is working that dress. I hope I look that great after 51

Kim looks Great - love you Samantha! She's the best actress of them all.

I don't think Samantha's too old to get married, but I do think Carrie having a baby in her mid 40's is lame. It's not about a sign of the times, it's freaking biology. If you need your man to whack off into a cup and be impregnated with a turkey baster, you're probably too old to be having kids. No I'm not a prude-for some of you politically correct brainwashed people, society doesn't dictate when the right time to have a baby is biology INTENDS for you to reproduce in your 20's and 30's.

Love her, thanks for the article. Chicks have been sleeping around and wearing white since Liz Taylor's age. Deal.

11:07pm Anonymous--You better make sure your husband is as happy as you think you are, chances are he can't stand your negativity and has a smarter, pretty, skinner, chick on the side. She is probably someone who knows we are in 2009, not 1971!!!

11:07pm Anonymous, you're an brain dead idiot, get with the times you jealous a$$. I'm sure you're just pissed that you are a huge fat a$$ house wife and that's the story of your life. We are not in the 1950's anymore.

There were a bunch of different endings for SATC1 so who knows if Samantha getting married will even make the final cut for SATC2. WHO MAKES THIS DRESS? I need to know, it is gorgeous!

carrie getting married in her 40's and having a baby as well as samantha getting married at 50 is a sign of the times. it also gives hope to those that are either doing it for the first time or the tenth...that happy ever after can come at any time in life! it also goes to show that there is no "right" time to marry and/or procreate. please people...keep an open mind and don't judge others just because it doesn't "fit" into the proverbial (and unevolved) expectations of society. you go carrie and samantha! i love you and all you represent!

Kim looks amazing, aging like a rare fine wine. I am excited for this movie too! I am a shameless groupie for this show and the SATC movies! Glad to hear Smith is coming back! Oh yeah, laughing at 11:07 and your dumb comment. Don't forget to put your shower cap on and your full length grandma pajammers when you go to bed there, Miss Living In The Dark Ages Prude. There is more to life than judging other people. I'm surprised a person like you has ever watched SATC.

Wow 11:07pm you are DISGUSTING. You are the epitomy of what is wrong with our countries thinking. Not everyone wants to life the stereotypical "American Dream" and get married and have kids. AND certainly not everyone feels the need to do it by 40. This isn't 1952 where people get married and breed at the age of 18 (or 21 in your case). Get with the times, it is ok to get married at a later age MORON!

  • September 19, 2009 - 12:14am Manda

11:07, maybe you should worry more about those kids than whether people are having babies past a certain age or wearing a certain color wedding dress. You may be 36, but you sound like you've got the personality of a 70 year old! Not everyone is lucky enough to find that special someone as early as you were or to start having children as early as you did... so go be blissful and shut the hell up! A bride can wear whatever color she wants to wear... it's 2009 for crying out loud!

    She looks gorgeous. Always does.
